Lifeline Australia requires your contact details such as name and postal address to finalise the Make Your Mark process. Your address details will be used to add your handprint to a Google map, which will show all the hands that have been created.

Your location on the map will be marked and when a curser is placed over the area your first name only and handprint will be displayed.

By entering your details and completing the process you are giving Lifeline Australia permission to display your handprint on the Google map in the location specified by you.

By completing the forms on this site you agree that all details provided by you are correct at the time of your participation, and that you are the person that you claim to be in the details you have provided.

By completing the forms on this site you give Lifeline Australia your implied consent to use your details in the manner intended by this website and campaign, and in accordance with Lifeline's Online Privacy Statement.
